"Our house is around 40 years old and now requires the flat steel roof replaced. it's a single story dwelling although built on a slope, therefore one end of the house is about 2 stories high, the other side is one.
interlocking steel sheets will need to be removed and replaced with new. gutters need to be replaced, as do the current set of skylights. if you are able to replace the current ceiling and insulation, then that too would be considered. we will organise the electrician.
this is a big job. insurance essential."

"I have a 'lean to' section at the back of my house where the roof needs replacing. the lean to has a very low gradient and so water is collecting and not running off because regular corrugated metal was used. this is causing leakage as the water fills up and gets in under the overlap of sheets. this needs to be replaced with the deeper decking metal sheeting to ensure adequate water run off."
