1. replace the existing wooden handrail and posts with similar materials to restore it to a safe condition.
2. replace the existing handrail on the steps with a timber/wire rope solution.
3. replace the existing handrails on the steps and adjoining deck with a timber/wire rope solution. the deck handrail is approximately 11 metres in length. supply and fit a compatible gate at the top of the steps.
