Able to access the back through double gates which are 3m in width. After all earth to be taken away as well and able to start what ever time and day suites|

Provider would need to provide assurance that they're not cutting through any services in doing the job. I believe the services are at either side of the property, but I am not experienced in this stuff. It's not a huge job. I'd like it knocked over in the next couple of weeks if the price is right..|
