Simon from Clifton Hill was connected."I have a 2.4 x 4.2 m concrete slab remnant from an out building in my back yard that requires demolition. the slab requires to be cut away from a masonry boundary wall that i wish to retain.
the slab is raised approx 400 mm off the ground level supported on masonry dwarf walls. the masonry dwarf walls and associated soil under are also required to be demolished and removed to the level of the surrounding area.
visible along the side boundary wall are three pipes visible which come up though the slab - these can remain however care would be required when cutting the slab as it is unknown where these pipes are located under ground.
the property has rear access via a roller door off a lane way which would provide access for a bob cat ."
