We had a Tombay Constructions design, extend and build onto the front of our house and found them to be very professional. The whole process, including my intricate requests, was smooth and the attention to detail was second to none. I would highly recommend and would use them for any future construction. Thanks guys for peace of mind...Jacquie K
We needed a door fixed in Rosebud and Craig responded quickly and efficiently to complete the job in the same day that he was notified of it. He was quick and professional. I would highly recommend him.
We would recommend this business 100%. Good workmanship and very good staff. Very polite and professional. Kept you up to date with the project and any problems they found. Offered advice when necessary. His sub contractors were very professional. If they couldn't get there on time we were advised.
Overall, we are very pleased with the project.
Such a pleasure to deal with. Both Mike and Daniel are so helpful, friendly and to top it off their work is brilliant.
I recommend them to anyone who wants great service and an outcome that meets or exceeds expectations.

"We are looking to renovate our 'rumpus room' to make it a self-contained unit to rent out or accommodate guests. it's approximately 35 square meters that we are looking to convert from a somewhat bare room to do as much of the following as fits into our budget:
1. update flooring
2. install/build built-in cabinets on either side of a wall bed
3. install kitchenette/wet bar
4. install bathroom (toilet and shower and/or bath)
5. finish ceiling, update lights and fan(s)
6. deck extension, including converting windows to doors out to deck and steps down to back garden"

"I am considering purchasing a property which has a steep drop-off next to the driveway - like a small gully. i would like to work out approximately how much it would cost to build a very large decking area out over the gully along the edge of a curved section of driveway. i estimate the required deck area to be more than 200 square metres and possibly 300 sq metres. the deck would be elevated on thick poles with the tallest being 5m - 7m. i require a quality treated timber not cheap pine or similar. it will need a 120cm fence around the perimeter excluding where it adjoins the driveway. no doubt council approval would be needed and i would also like to explore building a gazebo on the deck. i am looking for indicative costs as a quotation is clearly not possible as i don't own the property. naturally if i get the property the work would be required immediately."
