Indoor Blinds

Indoor blinds are a great value adding component to any home or office. Yarra Shade Co is delighted to offer the complete range of Holland or Roller Blinds in block out and Screen from David Rice Interiors.

The Holland blind or Roller Blind has undergone a recent re-invention, utilising a chain operation which substitutes the previous spring loading mechanism. This design fits well into the contemporary style of current trends and adds instant beauty and value to any home. The classic Holland Blind is still available and used primarily in Heritage style homes, bringing a clean and new feel to any traditional gem.

Screen blinds also known as E Screen Blinds or Mesh Blinds give your space a wonderful protection from the sun and glare, while still allowing you an unhindered view of your surrounds but also maintaining a comfortable level of privacy.

Outdoor Blinds

Clear and tinted PVC Blinds or Atmosphere fabric blinds are ideally suited to an outdoor Café blind style. They can be operated by a crank handle with the fabric mounted to a roller to keep it tight and clean. The clear PVC we use for outdoor blinds can either be clear or tinted and is 1mm thick. You may decide to opt for the Atmosphere fabric depending on what aesthetic look you are trying to achieve. We also offer outdoor channel blinds, which are similar to the clear PVC blinds mentioned above; however there is a channel on either side of the blind. The channels are made from powder coated extruded aluminum and there can be a pelmet covering the roller at the top. The key benefit of channel blinds is they largely prevent the air movement that would otherwise occur through the gap between normal outdoor blinds. Channel blinds ensure a near completely sealed off environment from the outdoor weather.
