The Universal Shower Bases
The Universal Shower Base leak-proof shower base is;
The Universal Shower Base was designed, developed and is manufactured in Australia, its light weight, yet incredibly strong. All shower bases are manufactured with natural fall as per the AS 3740-2004 standards.
The Universal Shower base comes in centre waste, rear waste, smart tile, channel grate and vinyl;
Custom size shower bases are available but depend on the quantity ordered and the custom sizes required. If you need a shower base that is not listed in our product range, please contact our sales team to see whether we can manufacture and supply your custom Universal shower base.
The shower base comes with a lip around all four sides, this is easily removed or modified. Any sides of the shower base that are not checked into the wall studs will need to be trimmed down to hob or shower screen height (approx. 50mm) or trimmed off flush with the shower base for level entry. You can trim the shower base lip as required using any tools you would for medium density timber i.e. angle grinder, handsaw etc… (Please note the shower base is manufactured from a water repellant material so trimming will not affect the structural integrity of the product or the water repellant properties)
