Eric Nieto, owner, builder of the company comes with over 30 years experience in the carpentry / cabinet maker industry and has been building homes for over 16 years.
Unike Homes was established in 2006 and has been building quality homes since. We offer a personalized service from the planning right through to the finished product. Eric is always available for advice all the way through whether it may be choosing bathroom accessories or paint colours. He and his team carry out many endeavors such as new homes, renovations, extensions etc. The name ‘unike’ came about because we wanted to make sure each project stood out on it’s own, that’s why we like to sit with the clients and plan a home with a budget suited to them
