Tradition Rebuilt Stonemasonry is capable of undertaking any major project on the restoration, conservation and new construction of stone buildings. We are able to match original stone extensions and landscaping.

We are major supplier of different types of stone, which enables us to restore old buildings, making them look like new again. We also have a great range of stones that can be used for new construction projects. All of our stones are professionally tested to comply with Australian standards.

Equipped with our own scaffolding, truck, excavator, utes, diamond saws and all plant and equipment, there is no job too big or too small for Tradition Rebuilt Stonemasonry.

All our employees are white card certified.


Stone Construction

We are experts and are specials when it comes to the construction of matching existing specialised extenstions.

We carefully choose the exact same stone or bricks to match the existing building. We then study the existing mortar, choose the sand or a blend of sands that will have the same colour and texture of the existing building.

For new stone constructions we have a range of different stones for you to choose from. Some stones will be more suitable depending on the area where you wish to build.


Stone Restoration

We are experts in the restoration of stately buildings and private properties that are heritage listed or those that are not. We specialise in:

• all re-pointing techniques like fine-line, tuck pointing, brick work cut and struck pointing matching original.
  
• stone and brick replacement matching existing.- Stone carving.
  
• salt damp treatment and undersetting- paint stripping and varnish removal.

Stone Conservation

We are specialised in the application of conservation products and techniques for the stately and heritage listed buildings;

• stone consolidation.
  
• slat removal by poltice applications.
  
• proper selection of mortars and suitable lime strengths.
  
• carving and replacement of deteriorated stones in full or portions of it.
  
• algae and fugae removal.
  
• breathable membrane protections to avoid moister deterioration, especially for buildings by the ocean.

Landscaping and Special Features

We can design and build any type of garden feature, including; stone steps, stone retaining walls, stone entrances and pillars, water fountains, and very special cobblestone paving.
