External Injection Wall Sealant - Fully Waterproofable & Total Elasticity - No Need to Empty Your Tank - Economical Solution. If cracks are left, they only get wore & rust weakens the steel reinforcing. Early Repair improves Tanks Logevity!Concrete Rainwater Tank Repairs
We have a revolutionary product on the market which is an exclusive sealant to repair concrete water tank cracks from leaking. This sealant provides a fully waterproof potable seal with total elasticity.
The advantage is it is flexible and has a large elongation rating which means it will expand and contract with future concrete movement. Other concrete treatments don't. External injection sealant means we can treat the crack from the outside with the water kept inside the tank. The advantages here make this treatment the most economical solution available.
If you leave the cracks they will only get worse and rust will weaken the steel reinforcing mesh inside the concrete, weakening the tank walls further and eventually blowing out. The earlier you repair the cracks the better for the tank longevity!
ONE TREATMENT - ECONOMICAL SOLUTION $$$ - PEACE OF MIND FOR THE LONG TERM.
We are now offering a 22 year warranty extension option. Our tanks are the only steel tanks with a 1.2 mm thick wall steel panel,(commercial grade), design and construction. Thicker Steel Stronger, offering greater FIRE and Corrosion resistance. Sizes range from 30,000 litre through to 250,000 litres. Dome roof construction which can be retro-fitted with a Fascia System to harvest water from the tank roof back inside the tank. The Flat Wall Profile offers 100 % support to the food grade liner inside the tank - which over time will prevent liner fatigue as seen in profiled wall tanks. External Polyurethane pressure injection sealant
Currently we are finding that we are servicing clients that have tried the other applications being portrayed as the quick fix. There is no quick fix to this problem, a surface treatment on the outside of the tank won't hold water for an extended period of time with the head pressure inside a water tank. The cracks must be repaired internally and this is what our injection system does, repairs the crack from the inside. The polyurethane is also flexible and once sealed will move with future movement of the tank. Rigid applications like render, crystilisation and mortar won't last over an extended time.
The tank at Wild Dog Winery hadn't according to the local farmer next door, been used for a period of 25 years. After our treatment this tank is now being used for there restaurant area, The Dog House. Not a bad reference for the application!! Certainly a far cheaper option then demolishing the existing tank and replacing with a new tank.
