Evaporative Cooling
This system works with your doors and windows open, allowing stale hot air to be ejected outdoors.
It introduces 100% fresh air, keeps air moist which is great for allergy and asthma suffers. Will cool the whole house more cost efficiently. Unlike refrigerated air coolers it does not recirculate stale air.
The outdoor unit is located on the roof of your house and outlets placed in each room via a ducted system. Your outdoor unit comes in a range of colors so can be matched to your roof color.
The system is operated via a controller inside the home.
If you prefer windows and doors remain closed for security reasons you can have optional security vents installed which will allow the unit to operate as if the doors & windows were open.
Advantages of Evaporative Cooling
- Fresh air constantly through the home
- Great for allergy and asthma suffers
- Running costs no more than a light globe
Split Systems
This type of system operates on refrigerated air. Air is pulled in through the head unit located in the room, cooled then re-circulated back into the room. The motor unit is located outside on an external wall.
Split systems can come as cooling only, reverse cycle Heating & Cooling, inverter and non-inverter models. Split systems are remote controlled and can be preset. Split systems are best for cooling one room only.
Advantages of Split systems
- Thermostatically controlled
- Only individual rooms are cooled
- Quieter than conventional boxed air conditioning as the motor is located apart from the indoor unit
Ducted Reverse Cycle
This type of system operates on refrigerated air. Air is pulled in through the head unit coil located in the roof space, cooled then, re-circulated back into the home. The motor unit is located outside on an external wall.
Reverse cycle systems can come as cooling only, reverse cycle Heating & Cooling, inverter and non-inverter models. Reverse systems are thermostatically controlled and can be preset. Reverse cycle systems are best for cooling/ heating the whole home or zoned areas.
Advantages of Ducted Reserve Cycle
- Thermostatically controlled
- Whole Home can be cooled or zoned
- Reach the desired temperature more effectively
