Tecto Construction Group offer architects, interior designers and home owners outstanding results, practical advice and excellent workmanship. Our commissions cover all categories of building works from interior renovations, extensions, first floor additions and new homes. The Tecto team offers a complete "design and construct" service from the inception of a concept design through to the preparation of Council Development. Our design, project management and construction services can be tailored to suit individual briefs and project sites and we are committed to providing professional service and delivering outstanding results to our clients.

Following more than a 14 years experience in the retail fit-out and residential sectors, in the fields of carpentry, site co-ordination, project management and delivery, Tecto Construction Group was formed in 2007 by director Chris Markas, with a focus toward luxury residential development, renovations and boutique interiors.
Tecto Construction Group’s commitment to deliver successful projects is achieved through close collaboration with experienced consultants and sub-contractors who share a commitment to disciplined building and professional practices. - Stage 1 - comprising of preliminary design meetings, analysis of Council legislation and preparation of Sketch Designs
- Stage 2 - comprising of complete Development Application documentation and consultant co-ordination
- Stage 3 - comprises the co-ordination of Construction Certificates and a pre works package to mobilize your project. A custom design consultation service is also available.
- Stage 4 - commence building works contract and project delivery.
