Our Process

We work in 4 SIMPLE STEPS with Stesco.

We can take care of it all, including designing and drawing of plans and council submissions to complete construction of your dreams. Alternatively we can tailor a package to best suit your budget

STEP 1 - Initial meeting and estimate

Simply call and we will arrange a time for you to meet with either Scott or Steve, our experienced Builders.
They will discuss your requirements and using their wealth of knowledge, advise you on the best outcome.
From here, we can work on a Building Estimate for your project.

We understand if you need to stick to a strict Budget, so we can taylor a package to suit your needs.

STEP 2 - Preliminary concept design and quote

Next we will draw up a Preliminary Agreement. This is a small fee to cover the costs of Soil Testing, Site Measuring, Drafting and other procedures necessary in contract development.
NOTE: This does NOT lock you in to a contract.
At this stage we will supply you with a Fixed Price Quote.

STEP 3 - Final plans, contract and council submission

After signing the quote, we will draw up a construction contract, outlining every aspect of your particular job. Construction Plans and Engineered Drawings are completed and sent with the necessary applications for Council Approval.

For your peace of mind we engage a Private Certifier to make sure we "dot the i's and cross the t's" when it comes to Building you dream.

STEP 4 - Construction of the job

We endeavor to commence you project as soon as it is released from local authorities, and focus on maximising tradesman attendance to ensure to smoothest operation with as little disruption to your everyday life as possible.
