Plans drafted to your designs for Building Applications.
With over 20 years architectural experience, we are current with building regulations, WHS & certification requirements. As a value add, we will review your design to ensure its compliance with building regulations; also, we liaise with your engineer to coordinate your documents. This ensures your plans are ready for Lodgment.

*Do you need design assistance with your home or extension? We can create a Concept Design with you to maximise the use of your site, and to make your new home a true expression of your lifestyle.
*If you are new to building procurement, talk to us about a complete architectural service package. We can guide you from initial Briefing & Concept Design, through Working Drawings & Specification, Builder selection, through Administration of your building contract, to Defects Liability Period and Final Handover.
Preliminary Project Consultation
We have found new Clients to have valued our Preliminary Project Consultation service. This is an initial on site design advice from our practice, to start your project off on the right direction. It comprises an onsite preliminary consultation to assess options for the development potential of your building or site. This is an on site verbal consultation, lasting up to 2-3 hours, supported by sketches to illustrate our ideas & discussions.
This can be a one off investment to enable clients to understand and expand their design opportunities within a realistic framework. Or this can be an exciting intermediate stage before entering a contract for architectural services. The Preliminary Project Consultation service is detailed in the Services Schedule at the end of this site.
