ABOUT THE MONSTER STONE MAKERS
Rock Monsters – The Stone Makers, incorporating Heritage Cultured Stone W.A
Formally known as Heritage Cultured Stone W.A, we bought the technology from Hoobler Stone in Victoria over 10 years ago. Ken Hoobler from California developed his method of producing cast stone with exclusive licensing rights for the manufacture and distribution in Australia in the early 1970’s. With a company reshuffle in march 2010, Rock Monsters – The Stone Makers was born.
Rock Monsters – The Stone Makers are completely Western Australian owned and operated by Sarah Kenney in Manjimup. with the help of her all female staff, Sarah has accomplished what many would not embark upon. This name came about, as Sarah begins her day in the shed as a princess and comes home looking like a monster. Sarah, a Chinese dragon by nature, with three little monsters (her beautiful children), put pen to paper, creating a logo that incorporated Sarah and her family with individuality.
Rock Monsters – The Stone Makers are producing a lightweight, high quality, aesthetic product that will forever turn heads, with a hassle free process from initial enquiry to completion. Over the next year there will be the introduction of new paving stones, river stones and Manjimup shale as well as the commencement of a larger staff force that will bring you the customer service and quality product that you will admire for years to come in your own back yard.
Sarah is a commercial cook by trade and believes it is all in the mix, with an eye for detail, and leaving no rock unturned, this is passed on into her new venture with the assistance of John and Deb Duckworth of Hoobler Stone in Victoria, her sister company. Rock Monsters – The Stone Makers is looking forward to many years of happy and satisfied future customers as previous clients are jubilant.
