With a father who entered the industry in 1983, and two brothers who are builders, it’s no surprise that building is an important part of his life. In 1992 he entered into the industry as an architectural draftsman, before going on to become a registered master builder in 2003. This drafting background is just one of many reasons Zoran is different from other builders, as his understanding of the entire process is that much deeper. Rise Residential have proven to be a safe and reliable building company, achieving the end result that all their clients expect and deserve.

Having built countless homes as a site supervisor, he went on to found Rise Residential in 2005. Since then, Rise Residential have built a large number of quality homes and multi-development sites.
