Service B: Service A combined with a pre-purchase Termite / timber pest inspection & Report . Timber pest means Borers & fungal decay (Rot) This type of report is our specialty and gives a professional indication of the true condition of your intended purchase from all angles . We are one of only a few services in this field to offer this service by ONE consultant in ONE property visit.

Note : The report can be emailed to you the day after inspection if required with a Full print out report to be received by you, within most cases, via express post Within 48 hours of inspection.
