I would just like to thank you for the fantastic job you did on our building report for 657 Bourke Street. As a result of your report we were made aware of some significant and costly problems and were able to negotiate a sizeable reduction in purchase price as a result.

We would have been left out of pocket if we had gone ahead with the price originally agreed. I was also wondering whether you are able to recommend any builder, damp proofing and pest treatment professionals for the work we now need to do? Ideally people who understand old houses.
