Port Stephens Removals and Storage is a family owned and operated company that started in July 1999.

Port Stephens Removals and Storage is an accredited member of Australian Furniture Removals Association (AFRA) for the past 10 years and it employs a small staff of approximately 15 people.

The owner and director is Paul Tyszyk who has been in the removal industry for more than 25 years and is leading the way through innovation and exceeding industry standards. Paul believes the key to this industry is working hard to ensure the customer will always be the priority to a successful relationship and he always develops effective relationships based on that principle.

Whether you want us to pack everything in your home or just selected rooms such as a kitchen or what you like, we can save you time and effort. In fact we can help ensure that all your furniture reaches your new home safely, no matter what its size, shape or form. Its all about professionalism and making moving simple and convenient for you.

Unpacking
If unpacking and setting up your new home is the last thing you want to do after your move, we can do this for you as well. Additionally we can take away all the used cartons and packaging once it has been unpacked.

Pet Transport
Transporting you precious pets can be a stressful experience. Through our network of caring professionals we can arrange the door-to-door transportation of your pets and any boarding services that are required. Our service providers are industry rated animal handlers who are widely recognised in their area of expertise.

Vehicle Transport
Whether you are moving a car, motorbike, boat or other vehicle, we can arrange it for you. This is done using the latest transportation methods available to ensure scratch-free/damage-free delivery of your vehicle. It is a recommendation that all transit insurance is also handled prior to us taking delivery of your vehicle consignment to ensure any unforseen incident is handled completely.

Cleaning
At every stage of your move there is always a spot that needs cleaning and refurbishing to restore it to a good condition. We are able to arrange a home cleaning service to suit your needs. If you require this service please give us as much notice as possible to ensure we provide a timely service.

Insurance
We take care to ensure your possessions are safe and secure, however we cannot guarantee that an unforseen event beyond our control will never occur. Our insurance policy covers your goods and possessions for fire, flood, collision and overturning of our vehicle whilst in transit. Recent changes to the Commonwealth Financial Services reform Act 2001 meant that only selected removal companies who have completed the AFRA Insurance training and been appointed as authorised representatives of Aldrige and Street, a division of Cowden PTY LTD (Victoria), which holds Australian Financial Licence No. 245658 can arrange insurance for their customers, Port Stephens Removals and Storage is an authorised representative so therefore can assist you obtain insurance to protect your goods while they are in transit or storage.

Your belongings are important, this is why we offer safe, secure and affordable storage options for you.

Container
Container storage allows your goods to be loaded directly into the container at your residence or place of business, then it is brought back to our depot to be stored at one of our secure storage locations. This process eliminates double-handling of your goods and provides convenience when re-delivering your consignment. You can have the option of using your own padlock and key for your own peace of mind.

Modules
Timber modules is a storage method that involves packing and wrapping your goods into purpose-built wooden modules. They are dust and vermin free and are labelled and secured before being stacked away for long term storage. They come in two sizes and are suitable for small consignments. The sizes are 10mᶾ and 5mᶾ and are conveniently secured in one location.
