One of the new products on the market is a colorbond fascia cover which slips over existing badly weathered & rotted fascia. The advantage of this is the fascia does not need to be removed, with the new cover slipping over the existing one and this never needs painting as it is made from the same material as the colorbond guttering. The cost savings alone from not needing a builder to replace timber fascia can be enormous!
