Tuckpointing is, a specialised brick finish, to "hide" unevenly shaped bricks. It is a very neat and attractive finish which adds value to homes, preserves character and enhances heritage value.

Perfection Tuckpointing and repointing is started by Troy Kara in 1996 to help meet the demand for restoration and maintenance of brickwork and limestone, and has since become the largest Tuckpointing specialist in NSW, All our works will be guaranteed.
Repointing is also known as "Mortar Pointing" and "Mortar Re-Pointing". They are all the same thing. Repointing is done when the mortar between the bricks is breaking down and "fretting" or decaying. We have 21 colours to choose from for repointing and we oxide sealer depending on the colours u want to match. We also put clear sealer to have a long life finish.
We do flemish bond its a pattern of laying bricks where the "stretcher" (longest length) and a "header" (shortest length) are laid alternately along the course of brickwork. We do stucco its an older style of rendering, popular around Federation era. This render is heavily texturised, often used in conjunction with tuckpointing. It has small gravel added to give the finish a bubble-like effect and it's finish is quite rough and "lumpy". It is known both as Roughcast Render and also Stucco.
