Paterson Designs is a small building design company located in Sydney's eastern suburbs. With a focus on residential developments, and working with local consultants, we believe that not only is our product of a high standard, it is also very affordable to the everyday home owner.

The business is managed and solely run by Andrew Paterson. Andrew has over 8 years experience in residential home design. With an Engineering background, and a thorough knowledge of council's regulations, Andrew prides himself on his work in the local area.

We pride ourselves on our commitment to each individual client and maintain a high standard of drawings and service in all our jobs.

We work with you to produce a design that complements your home. Your ideas, as well as our expertise will help create a design that satifies both council, and more importantly - YOU!

As a Design & Drafting company, our services, being our product, are always carried out achieving the highest standard of drawings and meeting delivery deadlines. All of our work is produced using CAD (Computer aided design) software.
