Welcome to Morgan Homes
Morgan Homes have been building in the Northern Rivers area down to Yamba up to Byron Bay, out to Casino since 1982. We employ all local tradespeople, many of whom have been with us since the beginning. We use local trades people and local suppliers and our range of plans will suit any age group and price range. You may choose to build one of our designs, alter them to suit your needs, or let us help you create your very own design to suit your block and requirements to achieve your own 'dream home'.
Morgan Homes not only build houses, we can also build units, town houses, duplex homes, offices and commercial buildings including pre-schools.

The Lotus
The lotus design is a generous sized four- bedroom home with an affordable price tag. The modern kitchen provides a large pantry, ample fridge and bench space. The family, living and media look out onto the courtyard area with easy access to the kitchen. The fourth bedroom being at the entry to the home could also make a great study. The laundry has plenty of bench space with utility cupboard. The garage boasts extra storage space and internal access.
The Magnolia
The Magnolia is an impressive two storey home, featuring four generous sized bedrooms plus downstairs study.
The Magnolia has been designed to capture the morning sun in the living areas and kitchen and the front verandah wraps around both sides with a rear alfresco area, great for entertaining and all being central to the kitchen.
