Decks and pergolas are designed and built with the expertise of Brendon Waterhouse, an experienced builder in the Macarthur region for over ten years. About Us.

Montview Constructions was established in 2005 by Brendon Waterhouse. He has 13 Years’ experience in the building industry which inspires new and fresh ideas on every job. Our experience and high quality ‘Confident Craftsmanship’® provides the client, potential or otherwise with the proof that we have a permanent and secure place in the industry.

Montview Constructions strives to provide the client with superior customer service where we will go to great lengths to make your project a superior product that you can be proud of and that we can be proud of also. If you have a certain timeframe in which you want it completed, we will strive to complete it in that timeframe. If you want a certain material used, we will endeavour to find it for you.

All queries are handled usually by Brendon who will organise a time to meet with you at your convenience and go through what it is you would like to do while providing you with any advice about how to help the process run smoothly, for example, whether or not your project requires council approval.
