At Milland Construction we operate as a Building company that focuses on extensions, renovations, custom homes and unit developments. We provide a personal service to our customers, this is necessary, particularly working on homes that are occupied during renovations or extensions. We operate throughout the southern suburbs of Melbourne and parts of the Mornington peninsula across to the south eastern suburbs.

Milland Construction is operated by Paul Milland who has 25 years experience in the Building industry and is competent in most facets of building work.
Paul is registered with the Building Commission as a Domestic Builder Unlimited. He likes to work hands on, on every project from start to completion. This is to maintain a close relationship with the customer so he can provide a high quality of workmanship on the project and ensure everything is completed to your satisfaction.
Once a project has commenced Paul is happy to consult with you on a daily basis to keep you informed on the progress of your job, and to consult with you on any special requirements. Or if you prefer, once all finishes are specified we can manage the project to completion without bothering you.
We also try to limit the number projects we have underway at any time to maintain a fast Completion of your project.
