Metro Concepts is an architectural design and drafting firm that specialises in home renovations and extensions, new homes and commercial refurbishment & redevelopment projects.

RENOVATIONS & EXTENSIONS
Our projects range from small to large including decks & carports to large renovations & extensions. Renovation of the ‘Queenslander’ is a large part of our portfolio as well as makeovers of houses from the 1970/1980’s.

NEW HOUSES
We design new houses specifically for each site to maximise site usage, climatic influence, views & energy efficiency. Site planning including landscaping and external areas such as placement of pools, gazebos and even kids veggie patches and play areas are considered as part of the process.

COMMERCIAL
Our projects include regional & local shopping centres, licensed club projects throughout Queensland, commercial renovation projects & restaurant fitouts in SE & regional Queensland.
