About Us

Millennium Building Services Pty Ltd is a family owned company, owned and operated by Kylie and Adam Cooke.

At Millennium Building Services we see each client as an individual, listening to and then fulfilling their needs.

We have an extremely high standard of pride in our work, exceeding the expectations of our clients and all Australian standards. We have an eye for detail whether the job is a minor renovation or building a house from scratch

No job is too big or too small. Our jobs range from the finest finished homes to the smaller house extension or renovation. Budgets often range from the limitless to the very tight and we've always impressed our customers with the results.

Villa duplexes and town houses are our specialty, with many successful completions and happy customers behind us.

Adam is a licensed builder with 15 years experience as a licensed builder and many more years besides. Growing up in a family business of builders and developers Adam cut his teeth on building at an early age. He is easy to approach and talk to. Just tell him your problems or dreams and he can make it happen for you.

Kylie works behind the scenes running the business, working with clients and various tradespeople. Kylie has been involved with the building industry for the last 10 years. She too is friendly and approachable.
