Michael Di Cesare from M. Di Cesare & Co Building Design & Drafting has had over 20 years experience in the design and documentation of residential additions, renovations, new homes and multi unit developments. We work closely with our clients from the initial design brief through to permit stage and introduction to builders to ensure that the whole process is made easy and stress free for the client.

Michael Di Cesare graduated back in 1987 and worked closely with a number of architects in all aspects of design and documentation for 16 years before starting his own practice.

We also specialize in inner city work and have worked on a number of projects ranging from period style to contemporary to modern architecture always trying meet or surpass our clients wishes to the best of our abilities.

Our services include the following -
