Preventative Maintenance - Thermal Imaging

What Is Thermal Imaging?
Thermal imaging is a low cost, effective method of protecting the assets of a residence, business or entire building from the potential effects of unwanted breakdowns and even fires.
Thermal Imaging can also be used for identifying future machinery breakdowns, such as overheated motors or bearings. The best time to have your Thermal imaging Inspection done is when your business is in full production.

Why Do I Need It?
Many insurance companies are now requesting evidence of a Thermal Imaging Report when renewing policies as they see “Preventative Maintenance” as an extra step in reducing the instances of electrical fires and damage which is currently costing on average $600 million per year in Australia.

We have specially trained staff who operate highly sensitive equipment to identify electrical faults, hot spots and wear & tear that is not yet visible to the naked eye.
