Kirk's understand that the business of maintaining tenanted homes can be difficult.
Kirk's can help with regular maintenance and upkeep of homes, including: mowing lawns, gardening changing light-bulbs and smoke alarm batteries, and can also assist with the bigger repairs tasks, such as patching holes, fixing windows, repairing leaks, sanding floor boards and are always available for emergency call-outs.
When tenants leave a house and unfortunately, also leave a mess we can clean that up too.

Automotive
Kirk's have a team of skilled mechanics and panel beaters who are on hand to assist with your motor vehicle maintenance and repairs.
Our staff will come to you to conduct an initial on-site assessment of the job and provide you with a written quote. Then, depending on what's required, we can either complete the works on site at your place, or transport the vehicle to our workshop where a qualified mechanic will attend to your vehicle’s needs.

QUALIFICATION DETAILS
Kirk's Property Maintenance was founded in 2007 by Kirk Kelevitz, an ambitious fellow, who after many years of unsatisfying career hopping, decided to channel his collective knowledge into one avenue.
Kirk had tried his hand at many trades, but could not settle down in one that kept him stimulated and challenged. He'd undertaken a landscaping apprenticeship in 1998, begun an apprenticeship with Hutchinson Glass in 2001, after a year in glazing he decided to work as a salesman and furniture delivery/removalist for Margret's Bazaar in Melbourne's inner west. He hung plaster for a while with Tremendous Plastering, then worked in events - installing demountable display and performance stages. He was employed as an Automotive Electrical Fitter in Brunswick and then managed a paintball field in Coldsteam in Melbourne's outer East. After completing a TAFE course in Automotive Motorsports and another in Panel Restoration and Fabrication, Kirk was employed by some local mechanics and then as panel beater. In 2007, Kirk ventured into business for himself - and hasn't looked back.
Kirk's began trading under the name PBK Automotive Restorations. As the name suggests, it began solely as an automotive restorations and panel beating business, but, after renovating his home, his handyman skills were realised by others and his business soon grew. Kirk was approached by family and friends to help with their building projects, and word quickly spread. Soon he was receiving calls from friends of friends, and then from friends of friends of friends – you get the idea.
It was time for a redirection for the business and with that came the change of name to Kirk's Property Maintenance. Kirk's now employs a number of highly skilled staff and specialist trade contractors who all pride themselves on delivering quality service outcomes.
