Our team

The King’s team is a friendly group of enthusiastic and hard-working professionals.

Our team of eight includes highly qualified landscapers, labourers, designers and administrative staff. Each with different areas of expertise, our members bring their own individual skills and flavour to our projects.

The process

From your initial idea through to construction, we manage every step along the way.

Initial consultation

During our first meeting, we work our way through your existing garden to understand its space, features and functionality, and discuss what you wish to achieve through the project. We look at different design options that build on your ideas and establish a style and common theme. From here, we develop a design proposal or simple quote for your consideration.

Concept plan

The next stage provides you with a visual image of your new garden. We prepare images and 3D drawings of the key design elements, samples of materials and recommended plant species. At this point, we establish a budget for construction.

Construction documentation

Following approval of the concept plan and budget, we develop detailed plans for the structural elements such as planting, lighting and drainage. We also manage council applications and address local government laws and regulations. Once completed, we present a final construction quote and contract for your approval.

Construction

Once a commencement date is scheduled, the site is prepared and works begin.

In addition to our team, we engage qualified and experienced contractors, who work with us to bring your design to life.

Competency with all forms of landscape construction, familiarity with a wide variety of construction materials and a complete understanding of the horticultural requirements of a garden, ensure successful installation of the project.
