The property featured in the Before & After Gallery on the right hand side had been vacant for 3 years and the pool was home to over 150 goldfish! Over 24 cubic metres of rubbish was removed.

Pest Control, In slope dog fencing had to be removed, repainting, high-pressure cleaning and a total restoration of the property internally and externally was required.

Driveway access was totally overgrown and inaccessible, a full circular driveway was re-instated by Kemron. Driveway specialists quoted apprx $8000 - $10,000 to restore.
