Hi, my name is John Kelley.

I am a Master Cleaning Technician, specialising in stain removal, previously trained & accredited by the Australian Carpet Cleaning Institute. I am also licensed and accredited by IICRC & ICR, which are international training organisations.

Over the past 18 years I have:

cleaned 12,000 plus homes and over 2,500 lounge suites, both fabric and leather.
Specialty cleaned numerous area rugs including Antique, Persian, Oriental and Silk rugs.
In carpet & upholstery, I have also cleaned commercial offices, small & large business complexes, hotels, motels, restaurants, cinemas, medical offices and nursing homes.
I can also rectify, in most cases, the results of unsatisfactory cleaning by unqualified technicians.

I take pride in my workmanship, the results achieved and enjoy problem solving. Therefore, I do not offer an sub-standard service.

Over the years I have also been called at all hours to attend literally hundreds of water damage jobs. Both big (As in a fire damaged major shopping centres and flooded commercial premises) and small (flooded homes to overflowing spa's and washing machines, to burst pipes in ceilings and walls) , and in most cases have returned the premises to pre-condition loss - before the incident occured.

I bring training, knowledge and experience to provide only honest, reliable, and quality services to achieve the best and safest possible results. My prices are commensurate with the problem or problems to be rectified.

Most cleaning or restoration problems you may experience can be rectified. Also I guarantee that if nominated stains are not removed to both the client’s and/or my satisfaction, there is no charge regardless of the time spent.

I am on call for Emergency Services 24 hrs a day 7 days a week.
