Bin sizes
We supply skip bins in three sizes as described below.
2 cubic metre mini skip
All skips are fitted with drop down doors for easy access - great for wheelbarrows Suitable for soil, rubble, rock, concrete. Also the perfect size for small cleanups.
3 tonne maximum load
3 cubic metre mini skip
Open end for easy loading. Our mid-sized skip bin is ideal for a bathroom renovation or cleanup around the house and garden.
3 tonne maximum load
4 cubic metre mini skip
Open end for easy loading, Ideal for a full kitchen renovation or just to clean up the shed. Our 4 cubic metre bin will help you get the job done fast.

Asbestos and other Hazardous Material
It is a basic condition of hire that no asbestos-based or other hazardous material (poisons, oil, tyres and batteries) will be placed in a skip bin provided to a hirer by Island Bins.
If at the time of collection of a skip from the hirer's site, or when a skip bin is later emptied by Island Bins it is found to contain any asbestos or other hazardous materials then Island Bins will charge the hirer for any and all disposal costs, and for any remedial services required due to the presence of the hazardous material.
