At In-Build, we don't aim to be the biggest, we don't try to spread our skills too thinly across a massive client base and we don't tend to shout about what we do. We just get on with the job in hand. What we are is an independent, highly motivated, family owned business, dedicated to offering our select group of clients the best. Of course the best can mean different things to different people. To us it means giving our clients confidence in consistently providing high quality workmanship, competitive costs and real flexibility, with a service that is second to none.

At the heart of our service philosophy is an unwavering commitment to understanding client's needs and going that extra yard to exceed expectations. We work with some very well known clients and some not so well known - we cover a lot of ground with them, as each is equally important to us.

Having succeeded in gaining a reputation for consistency and quality has helped ensure that In-Build's client portfolio continues to grow. Over 90% of our business comes from either our existing clients or indeed, those very clients having referred us to others.

Longevity is another feature that places In-Build ahead of the rest. Many of our clients have been with us for over 15 years, which is a position we carry with both pride and responsibility.

Construction management is the day-to-day face of In-Build – effectively our service & delivery arm. But not in the traditional sense. Certainly it is their responsibility to ensure that the clients’ expectations are exceeded. And it is their responsibility to keep In-Build busy with new and exciting projects. But they are construction managers first and foremost.

The majority of the team are degree qualified, have industry endorsed qualifications and have a solid grounding in project management. Why?

To ensure that our clients can be confident in our abilities, their In-Build contact must really know their stuff and be able to respond knowledgeably and instantly to both design and project issues and their implications (and be creative yet practical problem solvers).
