I do maintenance is owned and operated by two individuals, Joshua Cunningham and Joshua Flack. Joshua Cunningham, who is a licensed, qualified carpenter, has seven years in the general building industry. He believes, ‘a good tradesperson focuses on customer service, being honest and reliable, and takes great care in attention to detail in their work.’

Joshua Flack, formerly a manager for a finance company, is an active property investor. He has been buying and selling property for many years and explains, ‘presentation is the key to reaching top dollar when selling a property, fixing even the small maintenance issues are greatly important for a property’s presentation.’
