ALLURE Home Styling & Design is owned and managed by Sasha Laurance, and located in Perth, Australia.
At ALLURE, we work with you as the homeowner to help you achieve your dreams. Whether it be a brand new home, an update to an existing home or selling a current home ALLURE is there to help.
ALLURE Home Styling and Design has two key areas of expertise: Home Styling or Pre-Sale Styling and Interior Design.
With Home Styling, we work with your Real Estate Agent to prepare your house for sale in order to maximize your equity. This is achieved by showcasing the assets of your house to create an emotional connection with buyers which results in an expeditious sale at the best possible price.
Our focus for Interior Design is the selection of finishes for new builds and renovations. We aim to take the stress out of completing your new home or renovation.
We believe in our products and services. We provide carefully thought out and creatively designed solutions for each one of our clients. Even our logo suggests a combination of beauty, ingenuity and creativity. It is based on the golden ratio which is found so often in nature, art and architecture. Everything that appears beautiful to the human race is thought to be based on this naturally occurring ratio.
Sasha Laurance has studied Home Staging with the Canadian Staging Professionals and attained the qualification of Certified Staging Professional in 2009. Sasha has also worked in New York, USA, with a boutique Interior Design firm. Prior to specialising in home interiors Sasha attended the University of Western Australia and completed a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours.

No problem we can help with that too!

We will also make suggestions on any repairs or enhancements that can be made to increase the marketability of the property. For example: refreshing paint, cleaning, repairing chips to walls. However, if you need additional pieces, ALLURE is very happy to provide rental items either directly through ALLURE or through a third party.
