FOUR ROOMS DECORATING SERVICE
At FOUR ROOMS our aim is to understand your needs, tastes and requirements to create an environment that not only represents you, but one that achieves the aesthetic you desire in a space that functions perfectly for you and your lifestyle. We offer a complete design service from houses and apartments to offices and commercial projects. We can specify on all aspects from furniture to window treatments, paint and surface selections from single colour schemes through to a full design concept.
How do we work? We believe that the initial consultation should take place with you at your project address (where possible) so that we can carry out a site survey, taking measurements and photographs where necessary. This enables us to understand and visualise the space completely. We can then look over and discuss options with you, determining your likes and dislikes, taking into account your lifestyle, time frames and budget. We will then put together an individual concept specific to you.
What are the fees? The initial on site consultation costs is $285 (inc GST) for up to 3 hours (local area), payable at the end of the consultation. Thereafter the fees are charged at an hourly rate of $79 (inc GST). * Various discounts apply but are subject to overall purchase total.
Placing your order - Once you are happy with our concept and pricing and are ready to place your order, all which is required is a deposit of 50% of overall total. We will always take into account any offers that are applicable to your purchases to ensure you get the best price available. The balance of the goods, is payable prior to delivery.
Delivery and completion - Once your items are in stock or ready for dispatch, we will contact you to arrange an appropriate time for delivery. Deliveries are from door to door only, but you can arrange to have your items unwrapped and rubbish removed and have your items assembled and placed for you(local area). These are subject to additional costs.
A Full Audio, Electrical, Whitegoods, Crockery, Cutlery, Linen package can also be organised to suit your requirements.
