Renovation Consulting Service

Renovating can be one of the more overwhelming and stressful experiences with the busy lives we lead. FELT provides a unique service to take the time pressures and stress out of a renovation project either large or small. Our renovation service will ensure the selections of all interior finishes meet your budget and lifestyle requirements. Whether it is a new concept or complimenting your existing ideas, we will work with you to take the stress out of renovating.

Lifestyle Refresh Service

Often it can be as simple as updating a single room or sourcing the right piece of furniture to refresh the liveability and presentation of your home. A new design layout, new furniture selection, a new colour scheme, a bathroom or kitchen refresh or some new window treatments and soft furnishings can improve the warmth of your home. FELT will assist in enhancing your lifestyle by making your home more liveable.

Colour Consulting Service

Colour selections create an important element of your home and lifestyle and create a positive ambiance in your home. FELT have trained colour consultants who will work with you to develop a colour concept for both interior or exterior paint colours. You will receive a Finishes Schedule that can be provided directly to your painter with the selected colour concept in a portfolio including A4 sample brush-outs to provide the visual concept. Our consultant will attend on-site to discuss and understand your ideas and requirements.

Building and Construction Industry Consulting

FELT provide pre-construction services to the Building and Construction industry. We provide a highly personalised and friendly client consultation to select exterior and interior finishes as a "fixed fee" service. Working with an extensive selection of finishes, we provide the builder with a detailed final report with samples.
