Faraday Enterprises. Pty. Ltd. is a company dedicated to imaginative and innovative architecture. With many designs to choose from', an 'Individual Design Service' and a 'Unique Building and construction Program', Faraday Homes can cater for just about everyone.
Faraday homes has a long and proud history of service to the public and to the building industry. Since its inception in 1974, the company's founder, Alfred Farrugia' has strived to set a standard for quality building practices second to none, minimising mistakes and inefficiencies and maximising benefits to their clients. The result, Long jeopardy in the building industry and satisfied customers. Faraday Homes have a team of long-standing employees, subcontractors, suppliers and associates that are equally committed to this same level of quality and service and Australian standards.
In re establishing the company over 9 years ago, Alfred handed the company to his son’s Phillipé and Jason Farrugia. Both new directors Combined their diverse talents and experience totalling over 25 years in National Management for Multi National Companies, and embarked on creating a truly wonderful range of homes with a building program that combined New age techniques, project management and customer service focus with an end result of “Total Solutions” for our clients needs.

Building a Home is the biggest financial and emotional task most Australians will undertake. Too often, this becomes a time of stress and anguish with the end result being less than what was promised. We at Faraday offer our clients a new way of building a new home - one based on trust and integrity. Since 1974 we have consistently proven our commitment in providing our clients with the very best in quality, service and value for money. Every Faraday home or project is the subject of a rigorous quality check before it is handed over. This is followed by a Three-month maintenance check to ensure you are completely happy with your new Faraday home.
