Blind Ranges - Bayswater
Our custom made blinds can take between 4-6 weeks depending on the fabric/s chosen.
Below is some brief information on the types of blinds and related services we offer:
Shutters
Plantation Shutters are available in a wide variety of material types. Cedar, Basswood, Aluminium and PVC composites. Each material type has its postives and negatives. Depending on your requirements - allow one of our trained consultants to offer advice on what would best suit your needs.
Shutters come in a big range of colours too and can also be Custom Coloured should you wish. They can be hinged, fixed, bi folding or sliding panels. Shutters can also be shaped other than the regular Square or Rectangle. Shutters can take on angles and curviture.

Unlined Roman Blinds
Roman Blinds can be made with Soft Fabrics in a variety of finishes. Romans can be Back Batten, Banded, Swag Base and you may be more creative if you wish. The other main type of Roman Blind is made from a stiffened fabric. There are lots of names for this type of product, typically a lifestyle roman or a casual roman.
These tend to have horizontal lines across the blind and can be in a blockout fabric or light filtering fabric.
Sunscreen, Privacy Blinds
Screen Rollers are designed to be a privacy blinds, it also filters light through depending on colour, and the Roller Screen also serves the purpose of reducing the amount of UV through the window. They are commonly used in conjunction with a Blockout Roller or Holland Blind, on a Dual Bracket. These tend to be called Dual Rollers.
Holland Blinds
Holland Blinds or Blockout Rollers these days can be made in a huge range of fabrics. From a more Stiffer Blind Fabric to a Softer Fabric. There is a price difference between these two types of Roller Blinds. Holland Blinds can be made to look traditional or modern.
Timber Blinds
Timber Blinds these days can be made from Cedar, Basswood and other timber composites. They come in a variety of colours, from the traditional timber colours to whites, off whites, Jarah and Walnut.
Timber blinds offer great Light Control as the slats can be tilted to allow light into the room and yet offer a level of privacy. The width of the slats can be 45mm, 50mm and 60-63mm depending on product type. PVC and composites are also very popular and once again available in lots of colours, but are heavier and need more ladders to support the more flexible material.
Venetian Blinds
Venetian Blinds are available in Aluminium, Timbers and PVC. They offer excellent light control and come in 15mm, 25mm, 45mm, 50mm, 60-63mm, Depending on Material Type.
The most basic is the 25mm Aluminium Slimline Venetian which is simple but effective product.
Vertical Blinds
They come in a range of fabric types and colours. Some fabrics are a more stiffened material and some with a soft backing.
The Vertical Track is a critical item, which is the item that gets rotated and drawn. Our Track system has carriers which have little wheels which enable the carrier to roll along inside the channel. The width of the slats are typically 127mm, 89mm, 100mm but can also be narrower or wider. There is also a vertical pelmet available to hide the track and top of slats.
Panel Glides
Panel Glides or Panel Drapes are a big panel of fabric, either in a stiffened blind fabric or a Softer Blind Fabric and can even be a Bonded Cloth depending on the Look you are trying to create.
The Panels are fixed by a tape to a channel system which can be cord operated or hand drawn by a flick stick. The product offers a reasonable blockout and with a Bonded Pelmet can look very nice.
