At Coastal Living we design & document over 100 projects a year. They range from minor internal commercial fitouts , major renovations & additions to residentual and commercial buildings, new homes .

Concept plans are a great way to get you started. For this we prepare site, elevations and floor layouts and if requested we will design the project in 3D animation for total satisfaction.

Once the design has been agreed upon we design and prepare all relevant documentation for council approval including - full working drawings, construction plans, Roof truss Certificates , Sanitary Drainage layouts , Methods, Specifications and a thermal building report.
