We take a four-step approach to duct cleaning as per the following:
Step 1 – Return Air Duct Clean: This is the largest duct in your air-conditioning and heating system, and it is scrubbed with a large brush. The duct is then cleaned with high pressure air and the dust is sucked into a high volume vacuum.
Step 2 – Floor Ducts Clean: The floor ducts are then cleaned with high pressure air, with dust and debris sucked into the vacuum.
Step 3 – Heater Unit Clean: The cover from the heater unit is removed and dust from the fan and surrounds are vacuumed up.
Step 4 – Disinfect: We then spray tea tree oil into the return air while the heater is working, which then spreads to the other ducts leaving a clean, fresh smell throughout your home.
