CADDS Energy provides efficient & cost effective energy efficiency assessments for BCA Compliance on both residential and commercial projects anywhere in Australia. In addition AEEBC (CADDS Energy) offer advanced thermal modeling (FirstRate, AccuRate, BERSPro), sustainability audits, Green Star assessments & Energy Management Plans for all sized projects. Through our procedures we have developed based on years of experience working within the building industry we can determine the best, most cost effective method of energy efficiency assessment. This will save you and your client time and money by taking all the guess work out of the process.

CADDS Architectural

CADDS Architectural is a professional team of skilled Architectural Draftspeople and building designers with the experience and ability to undertake all aspects of the construction industry including residential, multi-level apartments, commercial, light industrial, health, government and mining.
We offer quality cost effective leading edge designs supporting energy efficient solar passive design principles, detailed working drawings (for local authority and construction issue), high quality presentation drawings and 3D images. Our team are proficient users of the latest CAD software including AutoCAD and Revit which we use to produce quality 2D and 3D designs and documentation that meets and exceeds our clients’ needs.

CADDS Engineering

CADDS Engineering offers high quality, cost effective design and drafting solutions. We have extensive experience in the mining industry, currently servicing and providing design documentation to the major mine sites in Western Australia. This has been acknowledged by our recent win of the Rio Tinto Excellence Award. CADDS Engineering draftspersons regularly use 3D modelling software, primarily Microstation V8i, Bentley Prosteel, and Autodesk Revit 2009. We also provide drafting services for smaller projects, local industry and individual clients in Perth and around Australia. Safety is the number one priority for CADDS management and employees, resulting in a constant familiarization with our client’s safety requirements.
