Building Works Australia was established in 2007 on Sydney’s North Shore to provide building services to the Residential, Office and Commercial areas of Sydney.
We are proudly 100% Australian owned and operated, and as a family owned company the key to our success is the ability to provide exceptional building practices in conjunction with a personalised friendly service with a focus on integrity.
Brian Babbidge (Registered Builder/Project Manager) is Building Works Australia Managing Director with more than 40 years experience in the construction of craftsman built homes, alterations and additions, extensions, renovations, bathroom/kitchen renovations and maintenance for domestic as well as the commercial building market. We have within our company structure a talented and dedicated team of licensed Insured sub-contractor tradespeople to keep up our excellent personal service so that our clients will consistently receive our complete attention to detail and can be assured that all work performed by our company is fully guaranteed. We take the utmost pride in our projects, which gives our clients total peace of mind.

| Brian Babbidge has been involved in the building industry as a Builder and Project Manager for more than 40 years. As well as being an experienced Builder in NSW, Brian Babbidge also holds licenses in Queensland for Domestic and Commercial building projects, and is a Gold Member of the HIA (Housing Industry Association since 1992). Prior to coming to Sydney Brian Babbidge was a successful Builder in Queensland.
