Senior Design Partner, Phillip Ker will personally take you through the entire Design and Documentation process, Council approvals and Tendering. Each project is tailored to meet the detailed brief we prepare in partnership with our clients, so the finished product is a reflection of our clients wishes and aspirations in all aspects of their lifestyle.

All our projects seek to embrace the principles of energy efficient and environmentally sustainable design practice and are certified by independent energy assessors. Along with a carefully selected group of other professional consultants such as Structural Engineers, we coordinate all the required expertise to provide our clients with comprehensive detailed Design and Documentation that takes the worry out or the Building process.

• Full Design development and documentation through to Planning Application stage.


• Coordination of 3D presentation consultants.


• Fully detailed Construction documentation through to Building License and tendering stage.


• Coordination of the Tendering process.
