We provide low cost initial consultations to assist you with all manner of building construction problems and building contract advice, whether you are a home owner, builder, owner builder, body corporate or other interested party.

Building Inspection & Other Reports
We can also offer you more comprehensive inspection and reporting services covering most building types. These services provide you with independent, authoritative advice on building quality, cost escalation, completion and defects, whether you are a home owner, builder, owner builder, commercial client, body corporate or other interested party.
Note that we no longer conduct pre-purchase inspections.

Architecture, Design & Documentation

BSS Design Group offers architectural services for all types of residential, commercial and institutional projects. Because we specialise in both architecture and building consultancy, we provide you with practical yet innovative solutions.

Design Advisory Service
Our Design Advisory Service is a preliminary consultation in which one of our Architects or Designers meets with you at your property to listen to and discuss your requirements. We will then provide you with sketch plans, advice on the viability of the overall project, including energy efficiency and any Town Planning implications, as well as an approximate cost estimate and quote for architectural services.

Full Architectural Services
There are a number of services that we offer depending on the type and scale of your project, including
client/architect agreement & brief development, schematic design, detailed design, contract documentation, fixed price contract tendering and contract administration including site inspections. Please contact one of our architects or designers to find out what you will best suit your requirements.
