Then you can talk to us, we understand the importance of the decision you are about to make and unlike the big companies we are able to either build for you one of our designs or the home you have planned.

We are located in Inverloch and will build in the Shires of, Bass Coast, South Gippsland, Baw Baw, Latrobe, Casey, Cardinia and the Mornington Peninsula.
About Us
Brewer Homes is a member of the HIA. Clay Brewer is the Registered Building Practitioner
Licensed Builder DB-U 24502.
When dealing with Brewer Homes you are dealing directly with the Builder.
Clay is the Builder/Director of the company and with 16 years experience in the Building Industry has experience in building architecturally designed homes; owner designed homes and standard plans, townhouses, units, large and small pergolas, decks, extensions and has renovated homes, including the renovation of a home built in 1896 with a heritage overlay. With Clay’s extensive knowledge and experience you can trust your home is in safe hands.
Brewer Homes have over 60 standard plans. You can select straight from plan, chop and change one or more of the plans or design your own plan. Architecturally designed homes are always welcome.
Renovations can be one room to a whole house including extensions.
Renovating your home can be difficult however by choosing a Builder with experience in renovations will make it that bit easier. Re-clad the exterior of your home for a fresh new look.
