BDEA CONSULTING business is fashioned with the focus of providing a one stop shop approach to building design documentation. As a sole trader, I have a vast experience starting with my early days some 25 years ago in building designs which later it led to continuing my studies to carry out engineering designs. This approach has been planned to provide a general consultancy to the prospective clients. BDEA CONSULTING is also able to provide design and construct (D&C) services through its affiliation with BDEA CONSTRUCTION PTY LTD.

• Design and Drafting from preliminary stage to complete working drawings
  
• Development Application (DA) documentation either new dwelling and or sub-divisions
  
• Construction Application (CA) documentations – working drawings for council approval

Engineering Consultancy

Foundation Engineering

• General foundation designs of either on-ground or suspended slabs for soils with bearing
  capacities < 100 kPa (AS2870).
  
• Piled foundation specialist – screw pile or bored piles
  
• Under pinning specialist - existing structures
  
• Investigation of cracked houses or structures – formal report
  
• Inspections during construction phase for certification

Structural Engineering

• Structural timber framing – complete structures
  
• Bracing and tie down designs for various wind ratings
  
• Solid Masonry or block work designs

Civil Engineering

• Carpark surface designs including roads and driveways
