At Austin Developments we strive to bring you 'a holiday at home'. After independently researching Indonesian construction, we have combined the Bale (term used for a four post open air structure) with Australian methods of construction to build the ideal Bali hut.

Our designs are centred around; function, comfort and style. We combine your ideas and our knowledge to create a unique design, every time. At Austin Developments we can construct anything, from a simple free standing cabana and timber decking to a more complex pavilion or pergola style structure.

Our extensive range of exotic roof coverings includes; imported thatching and timber shingles, while our more contemporary coverings include; Colorbond and tiles. All of our roof coverings can be combined with bamboo lining to enhance the Balinese feeling.

At Austin Developments our qualified tradesmen can also provide timber construction and 'hardscape' landscaping, including;
